We hired NK Floors to replace two bathroom floors (tiles and subfloor). They excel in customer service. We had some complications on our end related to plumbing, but they were very patient and willing to work with us until the problem was resolved. The installers were very punctional, professional, and polite. The floors look fantastic! When we saw a minor issue that we wanted corrected, they did it on the spot and made it right. Ours was a major project replacing a large kitchen and pantry floor with tile flooring and also completely replacing an old tile shower surround with new tile. There were a couple of hitches along the way but NK Floors powered through them and added additional help when needed to keep the project moving. The work overall looks great and we are super happy we did this. Will use NK floors again for any floor or tile work.

NK Floors. Where do I start. Simply put, a GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!! We met Nathan at the Home Show in Richmond. He was an awesome and genuine person. My son had just purchased a new home several hours away. He’s a firefighter and Nathan said I want to do your job. We talked to our son and he said yeah, let’s talk to them. Calvin Williams made the drive to measure, show samples and talk to us about the company. We were very impressed with the products they offer and with Calvin’s knowledge. We placed the order and scheduled the install date. The installers Wilber and Jose were professional in every way and very hard workers. We replaced the carpet in our basement with vinyl planks and after getting a couple of estimates, decided to go with NK floors. The installers did a fantastic job! We have a pool table and rather than pay to have it moved and put back we decided to leave carpet underneath. The installers created a frame around the pool table and we were so happy with the outcome! We realized after the job was done that we weren’t left with any leftover flooring. I called our sales guy, Calvin, and he was here the next day delivering extras so we had them in case they were needed. Finally, we were told white shoe molding would be installed but it was only primed and not painted. Once again Calvin made sure we were completely satisfied and he sent the company’s painter over to paint the shoe molding. We would 100% recommend NK Floors! Great product and great service!
