We hired NK Floors to replace two bathroom floors (tiles and subfloor). They excel in customer service. We had some complications on our end related to plumbing, but they were very patient and willing to work with us until the problem was resolved. The installers were very punctional, professional, and polite. The floors look fantastic! When we saw a minor issue that we wanted corrected, they did it on the spot and made it right. The people working for NK Floors are some of the nicest I've ever dealt with during my home renovations. In addition, the value could not be beat. Ours was a major project replacing a large kitchen and pantry floor with tile flooring and also completely replacing an old tile shower surround with new tile. There were a couple of hitches along the way but NK Floors powered through them and added additional help when needed to keep the project moving. The work overall looks great and we are super happy we did this. Will use NK floors again for any floor or tile work.
