We hired NK Floors to replace two bathroom floors (tiles and subfloor). They excel in customer service. We had some complications on our end related to plumbing, but they were very patient and willing to work with us until the problem was resolved. The installers were very punctional, professional, and polite. The floors look fantastic! When we saw a minor issue that we wanted corrected, they did it on the spot and made it right. The floors look amazing. The crew took all the desks, chairs, and decorations out of each office, put the floors down and set it all back up exactly as it was before. Very professional and efficient.
